Note: At this time, people in the ashram were putting most of their work hours into digging out the side of a hill which is one of the “shoulders” of Mount Kailash. They were cutting into the hillside and leveling the land to create a large, level space to build temples, make a garden, and build cow hams and living quarters. Thank you for the work, love, and sense of duty you have shown in moving the mountain. This is a blessing for you and for your children. When your children come—and I hope that they will—the things that you have done will be of benefit to them.
